Biography Andrew Eldredge-Martin was born in Elmira, New York in 1979. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Haverford College and his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School. He is a member of the bar in the State of Wisconsin. Since 2005, Andrew has worked as a Democratic campaign manager and political consultant, providing strategy and message development services to federal, state, and local candidates. In 2006, Andrew managed now-U.S. Congressman Chris Carney's upset victory in Pennsylvania's 10th Congressional District. When Carney was sworn into office in January 2007, he became the first Democrat to represent the 10th District of Pennsylvania since 1961. In January 2007, Eldredge-Martin joined Leviathan Strategy, a Democratic media consulting firm based in Scranton, PA. In 2007, Leviathan's candidates won 7 of 9 races, including upset wins in the Lackawanna County (PA) Commissioners Democratic primary and general elections, defeating the Republican incumbent majority commissioners by a 2-1 margin. In 2008, Eldredge-Martin managed Bob Lord's campaign for Congress in Phoenix, AZ against Republican incumbent Rep. John Shadegg. Andrew grew up in rural Bradford County, Pennsylvania on a dirt road, two miles outside of a town of 500 people.
