In 2006, Andrew managed now-U.S. Congressman Chris Carney's upset victory in Pennsylvania's 10th Congressional District. When Carney was sworn into office in January 2007, he became the first Democrat to represent the 10th District of Pennsylvania since 1961.

In 2008, Eldredge-Martin managed Bob Lord's campaign for Congress in Senator John McCain's home congressional district against Republican incumbent Rep. John Shadegg. Despite originally not being considered a competitive district, the campaign was named to the second wave of the DCCC's Red-to-Blue list of top national targets and attracted over $2 million in DCCC independent expenditures. In addition, DailyKos named the campaign to their Orange-to-Blue target list. In total, the campaign raised $1.9 million, including over $600,000 in online donations.

Andrew grew up in rural Bradford County, Pennsylvania on a dirt road, two miles outside of a town of 500 people.
